[Effects of hypogeomagnetic fields on the structural-functional activity of rat cerebral cortex].

Structural functional organization state of brain cortex has been determined by histological, hystochemical and morfometrical methods from 104 animals, which were exposed by long stay of hypogeomagnetic field. It is found the disturbance of brain cortex micro-circulation; the disturbance of the enzymes activity of oxidate-reductive types, analogous to hypoxic; monthly chronobiological cycle of neurons content of basic structural functional types replace by changes of this index. The authors suppose that as a result the desynchronization of brain cortex activity as functional system appear.

[Influence of arginine on the renal functional condition of rats in sublimate nephropathy].

On a background of sublimate nephropathy there was studied the influence of arginin introduction on renal functional condition of white rats. Is established, that the dosage of arginin chloride 300 mg/kg of body weight at in 24 hours after sublimate introduction decreases the kidneys damage and expression of retention azotemia. The positive arginin action in sublimate nephropathy is shown the increasing of glomerular filtration rate and proteinuria decrease. Arginin does not influence on expression of sublimate infringement of kidney Na-transport, and increases it filtrate a charge and renal excretion of present cation.

[Content of myocardial catecholamines in patients with natural and acquired heart disease].

Approved by increased considered of adrenaline and nor-adrenaline in myocard of patients with native and acquisition of the heart diseases a speciality at part of the heart with largest functional working load. Taking increased levels of adrenaline and nor-adrenaline in the different parts of the heart at the sever patients with heart diseases usually with progressive heart's decompensation the recommendation preventive cardio-stimulation of the time of the surgery operation on the heart for correction of cardiac arrhythmic.

[The pathogenetic aspects of an ulcerative lesion of the duodenal mucosa].

Basing upon the histochemical study of SDG and NO-synthase activity in 68 biopsies taken from patients with duodenal ulcer the connection between the clinical specificity and the activity of the disease the SDG activity decreases, while that of NO-synthase increases. At the phase of cicatrization the opposite process is going on. The authors connect the phenomena under investigation with the vasodilatory and protective abilities of the nitrogen oxide.

[The hormonal factors regulating water-electrolyte exchange in the pathogenesis of the hemodynamic disorders in pre-eclampsia].

Study of indices of different endocrine links of female organisms with gestosis of the 2nd half of pregnancy with the search of degree of taking part of this hormones in the forming of basic syndromes of hestosis and guiding line to fundamental approach in medicinal practice with gestosis. Decrease of natrium content in CBV at the same time with decrease of intravascular volume of it and decrease of excretion of it with urine in the dynamics of gestosis confirms hestosis development and retention of natrium in the expectorant women's organism with primary delay of it in tissues. Energization of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone-tromboxane system, changes of prostaglandin-tromboxane link in blood contributed to forming of arterial hypertension and edema. With taking into account revealed changes of hormonal levels at the background of progressive hypovolemia, decrease of speed of excretion of natrium with urine and speed of glomerular filtration, differentiate approach in prescription for hypotensive and diuretic agents is recommended for the avoidance of possible hardening of state of expectorant woman with gestosis.

[The effect of a grape extract on the contractile activity of the myocardium and on the coronary flow of the isolated guinea pig heart].

Effects of one of the fraction of grape extract on myocardial contractility and coronary flow of isolated guinea pig heart have been investigated. It was shown that the administration of grape extract led to myocardial contractility index is increase by 77%, coronary flow increase by 13% and oxygen consumption increase by 30%. Inhibition of nitric oxide synthesis by L-NMMA resulted in decrease of grape extract-induced coronary flow increase. These data support of isolated strips investigation that grape has a compounds which induced endothelium-dependent vasodilation of coronary bed. They indicate that these substances have the strong cardiostimulating effect.

[Active radiation telethermometry in the complex diagnosis of ovarian tumors].

An active remote radiation thermometry was used in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian tumours by determining the heat flow from the area of projection of the ovaries and control background. Overall fourty three patients with ovarian tumours were examined by this method. Significance of the results secured was verified during the histological technique-aided operation. The authors have come to the conclusion that remote thermometry involving loading tests is a simple supplementary method of investigation that is helpful in diagnosing of both benign and malignant ovarian tumours.

[The water-electrolyte balance in rats with acute overheating and forced rehydration].

The animals were overheated in thermal chamber for the period of 4 hours at 37 degrees C. Though the water intake was not limited, the rats developed the state of dehydration accompanied by weight loss, redistribution of water and electrolytes in tissues and decrease of circulation plasma volume. Intragastric probe water administration in the quantity equal to the weight loss led to partial rehabilitation of the initial indexes, however full rehabilitation of water-electrolyte balance was observed while administering hypotonic salt solution. The conclusion is made that in case of water rehydration a disorder of water-salt exchange of kidney mechanisms regulation is observed and it is advisable to use hypotonic salt solutions to achieve quick rehydration effect.

[Response and endocrine mechanisms in the kidney effected by sodium chloride].

The results of experiments on white rats, consuming different quantities of NaCl, show that excessive sodium chloride load increases osmolarity of blood plasma mainly due to excessive accumulation of Cl- in the blood. At the same time urine osmolarity increases by a factor of 10 due to the rise of water reabsorption and a fall in reabsorption of osmotical active substances such as sodium, potassium, chlorides, phosphates and other ions showing tendency to the glomerulus filtration rate rise. This testifies to the priority of osmoregulation over ionoregulation. NaCl injection causes a fall in difference of Na+ and Cl- concentrations in the blood plasma due to Na+ deposition by tissues, which leads to extracellular metabolic acidosis. Kidneys respond to it by a decrease of the urine pH and increase of excretion of hydrogen ions in the form of titrated acids and ammonium, as well as by removal of chloride ions which are not connected with sodium. The conclusion is made that kidneys' function of acid-excretion depends first of all on the acid-base status of extracellular fluids and not on intracellular pH. Concentration of corticotropin in the blood increases in the case of sodium deficiency as well as in the excess of sodium. Deficiency of Na+ intensifies activity of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system and decreases ADH secretion, while salt load produces just the opposite effect. The role of the hormones in kidneys' compensatory reaction to excessive NaCl load is discussed.
