[The course of the adaptation processes in patients with neurocirculatory dystonia during health resort treatment].
Low activity of adaptation processes which impedes obtaining good results of heath resort treatment was observed in 16.7% of patients with neurocirculatory asthenia. Such patients need additional therapeutic measures to correct neurovegetative activity, heart performance. General conditioning should be more intensive.

[Holter ECG monitoring in the early detection of coronary insufficiency in patients at a health resort].
Holter ECG monitoring registered episodes of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in 17.1% of patients at risk of coronary heart disease receiving treatment at the sanatorium. Such patients were recommended to adhere to sparing exercise regimen. Therapeutic measures were also taken to correct coronary heart disease risk factors.

[A differential approach to applying the terrain cure to adolescents with arterial hypertension].
The "severity index" obtained by specially devised algorithm and the type of central circulation served as the basis for adjustment of terrain exercise regimens in the treatment of hypertensive adolescents. The distance of the walk and the route topography were chosen differentially according to cardiac performance of each patient reflected in the above severity index of the disease.
