High affinity rosette tests in patients having colonoscopy.
Depression of high affinity rosette tests, mediated by serum factors, has been demonstrated previously in pre-malignant disease of the uterine cervix. Patients having colonoscopy were studied to determine whether similar serum changes would permit identification of patients with adenomatous polyps. No clinically useful changes were detected.
