[Nursing care research on the evaluation of elderly patients].
Research in nursing of elderly patients refers to the investigation of their special needs as well as the context and methods for this kind of care to be provided. Reports published on nursing needs are rare. Clinical nursing evaluation of elderly patients and relevant research studies are briefly reviewed.

[Interpersonal relations in nursing administration].
Nursing administration is a social process. It fulfils its ultimate purpose of caring for people's health within an interpersonal climate, a complex network of communications of various forms and directions. And it is true that the interpersonal problems are the most serious inhibitors in effective nursing administration. To achieve excellence in any administrative post, the nurse must have a mature integral personality and highly developed communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
