[The computer assessment of cardiotocograms during labor induction].

IBC-3 computer-based automated system was used to analyze the cardiotocograms obtained in the course of 40 induced labors. Labor was induced by amniotomy in Group 1 parturients, by a combined method (amniotomy followed by i.v. droplet infusions of oxytocin and enzaprost) in Group 2 patients. No significant differences between the two groups were observed. Uterine contractility parameters were higher in Group 2. Clinical and computer-aided cardiotocographic investigations revealed no unfavorable effects of the before methods of labor induction on the mother, fetus, and newborn.

[Diagnosis of disorders of the fetal status using computer-assisted cardiotocography].

The diagnostic system of cardiotocogram analysis in real time scale is described, and the diagnostic data of computer cardiotocography in various periods of os dilatation presented. Analysis of correlations and regressions of the parameters reflecting disorders of the fetal status has shown that the most significant parameter in the diagnosis of fetal status abnormalities is variability from beat to beat.

[Experience in the use of fetal monitor MKP-01 Nadezhda].

Cardiotocograms were studied in 40 women during timely labor with the use of Nedezhda MKP-01 fetal monitor with real-time automated processing of the following parameters: fetal basal heart beat rate, amplitude and length of decelerated heart beat rate, amplitude and frequency of oscillations of heart beat rate, time of delayed deceleration minimum with respect to the peak of a uterine contraction. Developing acute fetal hypoxia was detected in 3 cases, that permitted timely abdominal deliveries to preserve the fetuses. The described device was found highly informative and valuable.

[Electrostimulation of the uterus in uterine inertia].

The paper provides the results of electrostimulation application to the therapy for uterine inertia. Monopolarization current action on the cervix was shown to be beneficial in 83.34% females with abnormal labor. No negative effects of the method was found on the status of a fetus and a parturient.
