[Sunrise model and the sensitive reason in nursing].

This study stems from an assistance and investigation practice on how to offer nursing care based on sensitive reason, compatible with the client's culture, as well as with his/her familial links. We have tried to apprehend the meaning they confer to nurses, to the health-disease process, and to home nursing. The Sun Rising Model was used in order to report the elements emerging over the nursing care periods. Later, a Sun Rising model in post-modern times was drawn, whose culture expressed through beliefs, practices, and habits favored a patient-nurse interaction. Finally, the presentation of the elements emerging form this practice comprises both transcultural theory and sensitive reason at the same time.

The complex thought brings a new way to conceive the action and the human condition under different perspectives. It appears as a possibility for the visualization of a care system as a complex system in your structures and properties, in the movements of interretroactions in the organizational spaces and in possible auto-organizers processes. It is hoped a transforming action of the health organizations that considers the ambiguities, the uncertainties and the contemporary social dynamics for a healthier living.
