IGRO: a unique re-entry program for inactive registered nurses.
A unique re-entry program for inactive registered nurses is the Individualized Guided Remediated Opportunity (IGRO) program. This program uses modern technology and strong faculty support to update and prepare inactive registered nurses returning to nursing practice. This type of program can be adapted by other schools of nursing that want to use their learning resources in a creative manner while providing a service for the nursing profession.
