The Pine Tree Chapter of IAHSS has been dedicated to educating officers, says the author. The Chapter has developed officer training programs and achieved passing rates of 96%. In the fall of 1997, the Chapter sponsored a supervisory training course. This article explores how the programs were developed, obstacles involved, and how these obstacles were overcome.
