Retroperitoneal neurilemmoma.

The clinical and pathologic features of benign and malignant retroperitoneal neurilemmoma are reviewed, and the pertinence of this tumor to the urologist is stressed. Two additional case reports are added to the literature.

Ureteroileosigmoidostomy. Long-term results.

Ureteroileosigmoidostomy has been performed on 86 patients during the past twenty years, primarily for carcinoma of the bladder. Twenty-seven patients survived longer than five years. Severe complications occurred in 25 cases, and 11 per cent of the series required subsequent surgery. Hydronephrosis developed in 10 per cent. Ureteral reflux could be demonstrated by diatrizoate meglumine (Gastrografin) enema in 6 patients only.
