Progressive supranuclear palsy.
Here we describe the case of a 69-year-old Caucasian male who presented complaining of frequent diplopia (horizontal and vertical), as well as transient blurry vision. The subsequent findings were most consistent with a progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP).
