Paratibial fasciotomy.
Paratibial fasciotomy is a new surgical approach to conservatively therapy-resistant venous leg ulcers. Its technique and preliminary results are reported. It is concluded hypothetically that the fasciotomy splitting itself plays the main role for its therapeutical success.
