Oral alimentary tract cyst.

A cyst in the floor of the mouth of a 2-yr-old boy was characterized by smooth muscle tissue with an overlying epithelial lining of varying morphology including gastric mucosa. The combination of smooth muscle with a variety of epithelial linings argues against the "misplaced anlage" histogenesis.

Endolymphatic sac drainage in Meniere's disease.

Endolymphatic sac drainage was applied in 7 cases of severe Meniere's disease. The results were favorable in 4 patients, while 3 patients had insufficient relief. The management of Meniere's disease is discussed in relation to surgery.
