[Pott's puffy pseudotumor].
This exceptionally rare pseudotumor of the vessels of the cranium still generates diagnostic discussions and attempts at establishing therapeutic indications. The case presented here (the second one in the romanian medical literature) had forensic implications and necessitated careful appraisal of the relationship between aggression and previous lesions of the bone, that occured at the same time or that followed the trauma.
