[Coupling of Perls and Sirius-Red stainings in hepatic puncture-biopsy].
The association of two standard stains (Perls and Sirius-Red) can be useful in the hepatic biopsy interpretation, particularly for iron localization. This simple technique is used successfully in our laboratory. It may also permit to avoid the paraffin inclusion block.
