Infantile polyarteritis nodosa. A case report.
The clinical and postmortem findings in a 4-month-old infant with polyarteritis nodosa are presented. The relationship of this condition to mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome (MLNS) is discussed, and the relevant literature is reviewed.
