[What future for neo Hippocratism?].
To vindicate the title of his article the author gives three noticeable dates: 1802/1902 are the dates of starting for clinical and physiological medicine and the recognition of microbiology and effective legal policy for public health. In 2002 the molecular biology with its ability to intervene on living matter puts new kinds of questions but who will be able to give answers? The scientists? The medical doctors? The politicians? Will be the Hippocratic Oath still relevant to the modern scientific spirit?
