Principles and results of one-stage plastic operation, conducted in 49 children with hypospadias, are depicted. MAGPI procedure was applied in 11 patients with hypospadias of glans penis. There were no complications. Mustarde procedure was applied in 28 patients with penile hypospadias. Urinary fistula occurred in 3 patients, of them in 2 cases has been closed spontaneously and in 1--surgically excised. Broadbent operation was performed in 10 patients for penile-scrotal hypospadias. In 4 of them urinary fistula occurred. In all the patients good anatomic-functional result has been achieved, Performance of the procedure on tissues with rich blood supply is an advantage of one-stage operation applied for hypospadias treatment.
The results of ultrasound investigation of 24 pregnant women at pregnancy term of 22-39 weeks, who had a developmental anomaly of the urinary system of a fetus been revealed, and as well the findings of complex postnatal examination of 24 children at the age of from 10 days to 12 months are presented. In 62.5% of fetuses, obstructive uropathy was revealed, in 37.5%--cystic anomaly of the kidneys. At the postnatal period, obstructive uropathy was characterized by progressive development of retentive changes in the upper urinary tract requiring the operative correction, or by their stable dilation subject to conservative treatment.

The observations of 40 children with testicle torsion have shown results of the surgical treatment to depend not only on duration of the postoperative period but also on the degree of torsion and anatomical peculiarities of the spermatic cord. The preserved during operation testicle where non-recognized irreversible lesions have already occurred due to torsion can in later period result in the appearance of antisperm antibodies and threat of a lesion of the contralateral testicle.

In tuberculous microcysts two technics of plastic surgery are suggested depending on the state of the prostatic gland and urethra. In patients with microcysts without specific lesions of the prostatic gland and urethra vertical sigmocystoplasty was performed after subtotal resection of the urinary bladder. In microcysts associated with tuberculosis of the prostatic gland or urethra perineal sigmocystoplasty after the authors' technic was employed.
