Clinical dietitians use computer-generated worksheet.
Clinical dietitians at the UMC Medical Center expressed a desire for a computer-generated listing of patients which could be used to record pertinent information obtained during patient visitation. An existing computer-stored census file was used as the data base for a computer program developed to print a dietitan's worksheet, which included the patient's name, location, and birth date.
