Comparing and selecting patient satisfaction questionnaires.
Demands to measure patient satisfaction have pushed administrators and physician to select, edit or compare surveys for their practices. However, many surveys are not as valid or reliable as group practices may expect. Distribution methods and sample size need careful consideration.
