Linear scleroderma. A unique presentation.
A rare case of linear scleroderma with plaques of morphea in hemicorporeal distribution and subclinical systemic involvement is presented. Its possibility of progression into systemic sclerosis, which has not been reported earlier, is discussed.

Mycetoma caused by Aspergillus nidulans in India.
The first case of mycetoma caused by Aspergillus nidulans has been described from India in a young farmer of Jaisalmer situated in the Thar desert of Western Rajasthan, India. The diagnosis was confirmed by histopathological and mycological studies.

Mycetoma in northern Nigeria.
Fifteen cases of mycetoma were studied during a period of eight years (1976 to 1984) at Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, Zaria, Nigeria. The commonest aetiological agent seen was Nocardia; the actinomycotic mycetoma was more prevalent as compared to maduromycotic mycetoma.

Renal angiomyolipoma (report of 2 cases).
Renal angiomyolipoma, a rare benign renal neoplasm constitutes less than 3 percent of all renal neoplasm. Two rare cases of renal angiomyolipoma were reported from the Department of Pathology, Dr. S.N. Medical College, Jodhpur in last fifteen years. Both were not associated with tuberous sclerosis. The relevant literature on the subject is reviewed.
