The present report reviews the clinical experience of the authors, with a new material in haloplastic grafts; the HTR; with the following purposes: Remain and or increase alveolar ridges. Close-up of congenital clefts.
This paper makes a wide review of the pathology that affects clefts, where maxillofacial surgery plays a very important role in the rehabilitation of these patients. Here we will analyse the alveolar ridge repair orthodontic and orthognathic surgery of sequelae, and the use of halogenic grafts, bone integrated, for the filling of clefts.
