[The Aesculapius mobile treatment and diagnostic unit in the system of treatment and evacuation support].

"Esculap" is a newly developed hospital complex separated into a number of modules, some of which are unique since they were designed and equipped with a view of specialist and emergency medical care provision in the field on the basis of advanced technologies of hemodialysis, hemosorption and plasmapheresis. Its mobility, comfort and up-to-date equipment will improve the medical treatment results, reduce lethality and invalidity rates.

[Change in neutrophils in liquidators of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl Atomic Electric Power Station].

In result of own researches and analysis of the literature? the information about high sensitivity of neutrophils of peripheric blood to infringements of constancy of internal state of body, arising as reply to radiating influence, are received. Ionized radiation modulates greatly properties and functions of neutrophilic granulocytes, which are the most sensitive and high-modulated cells of non-specific resistance system. The changes of the functional-metabolic status of neutrophils in participants of liquidation of consequences of Chernobyl disaster have been saving during 10 years after influence of the extreme, including radiating, factors of failure.

[The use of air-plasma flows in military field surgery and disaster medicine].

Plasma currents of high energy are considered to be very promising in the surgical treatment of modern pathology. The scientists of this country have constructed a portable field surgery apparatus in which a heated atmospheric air assumes a form of a high-temperature thin jet used like a surgeon's scalpel. Experiments and clinical tests proved the efficacy of this microplasmotron that can destroy and coagulate body tissue when treating it with plasma. This new method has, besides hemostatic action, some noticeable antimicrobic effect that leads to acceleration of tissue granulation and wound healing. In specialized and skilled medicare this progressive and priority method should be applied for initial surgical wound treatment, secondary hemorrhage arrests and surgical interventions when a high risk of infection spreading is involved.

[The improvement of portable medical equipment].

In article the questions about modernization of portable equipment for rendering the first, medical and the first medical qualified care to the wounded and injured on the battle field and at the stages of medical evacuation are analyzed. The problems of creation of portable equipment for the medical specialists for rendering the urgent care to the injured and patients outside of medical establishments in peace time are considered. Development, carried out by the authors, have allowed to improve equipment of the medical service personnel.
