Outsourcing in hospital services.
In summary we may conclude that in the outsourcing strategy we have many opportunities to improve the hospital's general services, reduce costs, update equipment and installations, without using the hospital's limited resources mainly devoted to healthcare, which is its actual core business. If we do not choose this direction, we risk descending a dangerous slope of inefficient and poor services. Outsourcing, extended to the three systems described with careful partner selection and good control of its execution, will be a positive answer and solution.
