[Lymphoma of the penis].

A case of lymphoma of the penis in a 67-year-old patient is described herein. The literature is reviewed, highlighting its rarity, different forms of presentation, and the therapeutic modalities--which have yet to be well-defined--utilized in some of the cases. We underscore the importance of currently available diagnostic tools in determining the nature of this penile tumor.

[Urinary amebiasis: a parasitosis of exceptional presentation].

We report a case of urinary tract amebiasis localized to the bladder. We reviewed the different ways secondary infection can spread to the urinary tract (rupture of hepatic amebic abscess, perforation in amebic dysentery, or hematogenous spread of amebas) and the primary form of presentation and spread that have been recently focussed upon, i.e. via the "ascending route" in deviant sexual habits of bisexuals and homosexuals, parasites in the anorectal area can colonize the urethra. We discuss the different diagnostic methods and treatment of urinary and intestinal amebiasis, as well as their possible relationship.

[Extraperitoneal bladder rupture caused by diverticular pathology].

In this study we offer a case of spontaneous extraperitoneal vesical rupture and we analyse the etiopathogenic factors that are going to determine the genesis of the process, the diagnostic means used as well as the therapeutic attitude to be followed on the basis of the patient's clinical picture and the bladder level where the rupture has occurred.
