We hereby report the third case of antenatal diagnosis of congenital cyst of the pancreas. It is a very rare lesion and could present as a differential diagnosis of any intra-abdominal cystic mass. Early treatment is easy and prevents complications such as ascites and pancreatitis in case of intra-pancreatic enteric duplication.

Measurement is an important factor in determining the extent to which clinical care works. This article summarises lessons learnt from the King's Fund Promoting Action on Clinical Effectiveness programme about effective means of gathering and using information to evaluate changes in care.
This article focuses on ways in which implementation projects can ensure that work on clinical quality becomes normal business in NHS organisations. It draws on the work in the 16 PACE projects and other discussions to suggest a model for moving from project to mainstream work. It concludes by suggesting some implications of this way of working for future arrangements for clinical governance.
