[The RA5-01 rheoanalyzer].

The diagnostic potentialities and technical characteristics of the first series-produced automated device for recording and processing of the rheocardio-, rheovaso- and rheoencephalosignals are described. The device is fitted out with a three-channel rheotransducer, a microprocessor analyzer equipped with a representation unit and a recorder for tracing the processed data on electrographic paper. Five diagnostic techniques are reviewed. They are employed in the device for studying the central hemodynamics and the hemodynamics of the limbs and head.

[Algorithm for the automated processing of rheosignals].

Algorithm for rheosignals recognition for a microprocessing device with a representation apparatus and with automated and manual cursor control was examined. The algorithm permits to automate rheosignals registrating and processing taking into account their changeability.

[The RA6-02 rheoanalyzer for studying systemic hemodynamics by the methods of tetrapolar and focusing rheography].

The paper analyzes automatic rheographic (impedance) equipment, shows the prospects for using rheography to study systemic hemodynamics, as well as describes the potentialities of a new universal rheoanalyzer by employing tetrapolar and focusing rheography. The device uses an algorithm of automatic recording and processing rheosignals, which has been developed on 20-year worldwide experience in applying rheography. Specific volumetric and velocity parameters, as well as total amplitude-time parameters of rheosignals and their ratios, which virtually satisfy all users are identified in the procedures for examining hemodynamics in the heart, extremity, head, liver and lung.
