Liquid lithium vs. solid lithium: an open, cross-over, pilot study comparing oral preparations.
This paper suggests some of the possible advantages of a liquid lithium preparation and describes an open, cross-over, pilot study comparing solid (capsule or tablet) with liquid lithium salt preparations in terms of obtained blood levels and side-effects for a nonmanic-depressive prison population.
