[A pilot indicator for facilitating laternal osteotomy (author's transl)].
This is the presentation of a newly developed pilot indicator enabling the surgeon to localize exact position of the chisel head in any phase of a lateral osteotomy. Thus a lateral osteotomy can be carried out both with expedience and accuracy.
