[The "robotron NATALI" microcomputer-assisted birth monitoring system].

The microcomputer system "robotron-NATALI" from VEB Kombinat robotron Dresden, GDR, is applicable for bed side-monitoring and disposed about a new graphical representation of CTG's for fetal condition and uterine activity. A dialogue between physician or nurse and the computer is possible. After parturition all administered data are printed out in form of a partogram, inclusive the graphical representations during labor.

[Compressibility of the tegumentum of the frontal maxillary crest with reference to the extent of model etchings].

Using a measuring technique developed by the authors, the compressibility of the tegmental ridge in the region of the center incisors was acertained. The indentation depth was determined at which blood circulation was disturbed and total anemia and/or pain was produced. Based on the measurements obtained, recommendations were made for the admissible and/or inadmissible extent of model etchings for the reception of bridge components.

[Experimental studies on the hardness and adhesiveness of repair materials for metal ceramics].

This is a report of tests on the hardness and ability to adhere of materials which are recommended for the correction of cracked ceramic facings. The test for adhesiveness was carried out on three typical baked alloys and on a ceramic mass. Further tests were carried out to determine the influence of three Cyanoacrylate glues and a special adhesive agent. Results showed that all materials, especially the cyanoacrylate glues (excepting the adhesive agent) suffer from lowering of their adhesive capacity through the influence of moisture.

Morphological and biochemical findings in a case of mucopolysaccharidosis type III A (Sanfilippo's disease type A).

Morphological and biochemical autopsy findings of a 12 year old girl with mucopolysaccharidosis type III (Sanfilippo's syndrome). The clinically suspected diagnosis was biochemically ascertained before the patients death. The autopsy findings obtained by biochemical and by light and electron microscopic investigations of different organs are compared with the results of other authors.
