[Ideology and education (influence): notices on the pseudo-question on medical and non-medical psychoanalysis].

Argumentations pro or contra "medical" or "non-medical" psychoanalysis are rarely free from ideologies. Only in the stage of psychoanalytical self-cognition the question becomes another one. It must be differentiated between the educational background and training of the psychoanalyst. It is just the educational background (academica finally examination in medicine, psychologie, theologie etc.) which produces attitudes, which can form (influence) the training in a wrong way. Such discussions become easily a pseudo-question because of a narrow class-arrogance. The urgency of using psychoanalytical concepts and methods in the social field should help to reconcile contrasts.

Education, Medical↗

[Illness concept responsible for illness].

With a certain heuristic exaggeration, the author dares to demand from psychologists a biographic phenomenological diagnosis without prejudicial influence by the medical diagnosis. Needless to say, the psychologist has to deal with " sick" people quite often. His task as a diagnostician however is not to find a category which would discriminate the patient but to describe him in his biographic and social perspective. The psychological diagnostician should not forget that psychic illnesses imply isolation and that medical diagnosis in this case makes isolation even more apparent. In any case, the psychologist and especially the psychoanalyst must be self-critical and avoid prejudice in diagnostics.

Adult↗

[Psychoanalysis and group dynamics as a method of socialization].

The troublesome symptoms of the seriously defective schizophrenics depend sometimes upon their unexpected sensitive experiences, which are not reported verbally and are guessed merely through the precise observations of the behaviour. By the treatment of the disturbances so found, the troublesome symptoms disappear. As an example of this "behaviour-analytical treatment" an old, defective schizophrenic with incontinence and negativism was introduced in this report, whose background suggested an intensive mysophobia, and was treated successfully. Some forsaken inmates of the asylums might be helped in this way.

Conflict, Psychological↗

[Pure doctrine and exact technic?].

There is a theoretical attitude in psychoanalysis that can be described as "pure teaching" (E. Wiesenhütter), and a practice that can be described as "exact technique". An important point, in which theory and practice seem to be in harmony is the rejection of agitating and the request of an anonymous neutrality concerning the psychoanalyst. The research serves the discussion about this coupled conception. Freud has imprinted theory and practice concerning this subject, but he himself was sovereign in the use of it. In the daily process of psychoanalysis, teaching and technique are always coming up with new questions in the concrete situation. They only asymptotically reach the point of absolute pureness and exactness. The author is selfcriticizing the psychoanalysis in the subjects mentioned above. He points out that flexibility in teaching and technique does not at all imply a revisionism of psychoanalysis; only when it is evident for psychoanalysis that a well-weighed theory is necessary as well as the relevant practice for the theory, there will be the greatest possible freedom for both of them.
