[Atomic absorption for determining selenium in biological material].
To determine selenium with high sensitivity, the authors suggest atomic absorption based on selenium hydride formation and thermal decomposition with further selenium line absorption measurement. Low limit of selenium determination in an analysed sample is 5 ng, with standard error no more than 10%.
