[Do you understand a service contract?].
The aim of this article is to explain to a nurse what she should look for in service contracts to enable her to know when a new post is acceptable and how she should act within the conditions of the contract. She should also be able to distinguish between different types of contracts and know what to look at to protect her rights as an employee, or to ensure her service benefits.
