[Spontaneous hemopneumothorax].
The author analyzes his own experience with diagnosis and treatment of hemopneumothorax. He presents the rare causes of intrapleural hemorrhage. In all the observations, the performance of thoracoscopy is considered by the author to be a method of choice.
