[Large granular lymphocytic leukemia].
Large Granular Lymphocyte (LGL) Leukaemia is uncommon proliferative disorder of LGL lymphocytes. Classification, clinical features and treatment of LGL leukaemia are described.

[A case of multiple myeloma with an aggressive course and multiorgan plasmocytic involvement].
A 51 year old female patient has been diagnosed for IgG lambda multiple myeloma. In spite of treatment an aggressive course of the disease has been observed. The autopsy revealed multiorgan plasmocytic infiltrates.
