Assessing the risk of angina for dental therapy.
The purpose of this article is to review signs and symptoms of three of the most common patterns of angina pectoris and to outline the prognostic implications as an aid to the dentist when dental therapy is contemplated. The three anginal patterns discussed are classic angina, variant angina, and unstable angina.
