[Disorders of lipid metabolism in aseptic necrosis of the femoral head in adults].
14 cases of aseptic necrosis of the femoral head, in which disorders of lipid metabolism were found, have been presented. Literature on aseptic necrosis qualities lipid disorders as agents of risk. In the presented cases, lipid disorders have indicated occurrence of the IV type of hyperlipoproteinemia according to Fredrickson.
