The education process. Part 2: Preparation and presentation of your CSSD training program.
As a trainer/supervisor, you must remember that the effectiveness of the training program depends on the usefulness of the training--how it is prepared and how it is presented. You must remain always alert to changes in the system and be able to insure that these changes are given to all personnel by the most effective means. Always be ready to insure your training programs benefits the department and accomplishes the objectives you yourself have determined. How you can determine whether your objectives have been met will be presented in the next issue in Part 3 of The Education Process.
