Moyamoya disease.
A case of Moyamoya disease is discussed, presenting in a young adult with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Moyamoya is a rare form of crebro-vascular occlusive disease, characterized by specific arteriographic findings. The etiology of the disorder is unknown.
