[Hypernephroma in native kidney of patient with renal transplant].

The uremic patients, specially in periodic dialysis, may present bilateral kidneys cytes with high frequency. This pathology, known as acquired cyst renal disease, is found associated in its evolution with the emergence renal malignant disease. A patient who undergoing chronic dialysis and renal transplant subsequently developed an asymptomatic renal neoplasm. The epidemiological, clinical, diagnostic aspects and therapeutic of the acquired cysts renal and your association with renal cancer are analyzed.

Humans↗

[Solitary cerebral metastasis of a renal cell carcinoma].

The tumour dissemination to brain from renal cell carcinoma is a rare occurrence: generally, it's seen in advanced stages of the disease, such that occurred in our patient that indicated a poor prognosis. A lesion node, the size medle, located in the side left to brain, with of symptoms neurologic associated was found. Histological examination of the resection specimen revealed metastasis from a renal cell carcinoma.

[Oat cell carcinoma of the bladder].

Small cell carcinoma (CCP) of the urinary bladder is an uncommon tumor, having usually an aggressive behavior. We report a new case of CCP seen at our centre and we communicate the applied therapeutic method. Although total cystectomy followed by chemo and radiotherapy seems to be the most effective treatment, we have carried out radical RTU of the bladder accompanied by chemo and radiotherapy as conservative therapy obtaining complete remission after 2 year of diagnosis, without local and distant evidence of the disease.

[Leydig cell tumor. Two new cases].

The Leydig's cell tumours are the most common of all non germ cell tumour of the testis, that clinical findings is different by age of presented. We report two new cases of Leydig cell tumour diagnosed in our centre having different presentation form, in old adults with feminizing features and occult tumour, and as a testicular nodule pain, respectively. The analytical, clinical, diagnostic aspects and therapeutic of the uncommon disease are discussed.

[Squamous cell carcinoma of the prostate: a further case].

We report one rare case of squamous cells prostate tumor. This histological pattern accounts for the 0.5-1% of all prostatic malignancies with certain clinical and evolutive aspects that are from those of prostate adenocarcinoma. Review of the literature seems to have a very poor prognosis such that occurred in our patient who died after 2 month of diagnosis with a poor response to the habitual treatment, perhaps due to this different cell of origin.

Aged↗

[Cutaneous metastasis of a transitional-cell bladder carcinoma].

Transitional cell of bladder carcinoma metastasizing to the skin is uncommon finding, generally appearing in the final stages such that occurred in our patient that indicated a poor prognosis. A lesion located in the pubic region and internal face of the left lower limb with at erythematous, indurated, and aggregated appearance was found. The histological examination of the specimen after cold biopsy demonstrated cutaneous metastasis from transitional cell carcinoma.

Aged↗

[Penile metastasis of renal cell carcinoma].

The tumour dissemination to penis from renal cell carcinoma is a rare occurrence; generally, it is seen in advanced stages of the disease, such that occurred in our patient that indicated a poor prognosis. A lesion node, high, painless, the size middle, located in the side right to penis, at long term free of symptoms associated was found. The histological examination of the specimen after cold biopsy demonstrated a metastasis from renal carcinoma.

[Primary non Hodgkin testicular lymphoma. A new case].

We have retrospectively reviewedoll the solid testicular tumours, in the past thirty years, in our hospital only one case of the testicular debut of a lymphoma has been observed. The rare occurrence of this disease in the genital tract and its difficult clinical diagnosis, is the reason for this communication. Commentary and considerations of the testicular appearance of a lymphoma without other initial manifestation in the lymphorecticular system. Testicular lymphoma is unusual and its treatment needs the help of oncohematology.

Aged↗

[Subcutaneous supramammary metastasis of prostatic carcinoma].

The subcutaneous dissemination at the prostate carcinoma is rare. Generally, but not frequently, it is seen in patients in advanced stages of the disease and in the terminal phase. We wish to communicate the case of a subcutaneous metastasis as the primary appearance of this neoplasm, whose existence was confirmed by immunohistological examination by means of PAAF, and with satisfactory response to testosterone deprivation.

Adenocarcinoma↗

[Congenital renal arteriovenous fistula treated with embolization].

We report on a patient with congenital renal arteriovenous fistula whose only clinical manifestation was hematuria. The diagnosis was confirmed by arteriography and treatment was by percutaneous embolization. Hematuria resolved immediately after treatment and most of the renal parenchyma was preserved. The patient has moderate arterial hypertension as a sequela, although it is currently controlled by drug therapy.

Adult↗

[Renal adenocarcinoma in children. Report of a case].

Description of the accidental finding of a renal adenocarcinoma in a 10-year old boy, after abdominal trauma and with a good evolutive behaviour. The clinical, diagnostic, therapeutical and survival aspects are analyzed, including a literature update of a renal neoformation which shows lower paediatric incidence than Wilm's Tumour or Neuroblastoma.

Adenocarcinoma↗

[Metastatic hypernephroma of the stomach].

We report a case of renal cell adenocarcinoma (T2-G3) metastatic to the stomach in a patient who underwent a left radical nephrectomy and presented hematemesis and melena two weeks postoperatively. We were prompted to report this case because metastasis to the stomach is rare and the literature is scant. Despite treatment by radical surgery, the short disease-free period following nephrectomy, the high histological grade (G3) and the aggressive nature of the tumor have resulted in a short survival.

Carcinoma, Renal Cell↗

[Non-venereal sclerosing lymphangitis of the penis].

Non-venereal sclerosing lymphangitis of the penis is a rare condition that affects the distal lymphatics of this organ. It has been reported to be frequently associated with trauma to this area and, although it has a minimum inflammatory component, its etiology is unknown. A serpinginous nodular lesion in the sulcus coronarius penis may be observed by the patient. Because it is generally self-limiting, treatment is initially conservative and surgical excision is performed only if symptomatic lesions persist. The present study reports an additional case. The literature is reviewed and the possible etiopathogenic mechanisms and therapeutic alternatives are discussed.

Adult↗

[Correlation of serum prolactin, sperm count and motility. Prevalence of hyperprolactinemia in the infertile male].

Serum prolactin (PRL) levels were measured in 147 males. All patients had no known tumor, endocrine disorder, or symptoms or signs of hyperprolactinemia. All patients denied taking any medication or agents that could alter PRL levels. Semen analyses revealed 34 patients were normospermic, 69 were oligospermic, 26 were azoospermic, and 18 were purely astenzoospermic. PRL levels for the patient groups were not statistically significantly different. PRL values were higher than the normal ranges in 12.2% of the overall study population. A lower incidence (6.19%) was observed for hyperprolactinemia in the normospermics. These findings are comparable to those described elsewhere. Serum testosterone did not drop significantly in the hyperprolactinemics. Similarly, the FSH and LH values did not change significantly. The possible role of PRL in male infertility and the effect of hyperprolactinemia of varying degrees and etiology on sperm count and motility are discussed.

Humans↗

[Pleomorphic bladder rhabdomyosarcoma in an adult male. Apropos of a case].

We report on a 45-year-old male patient with a mesodermal tumor localized in the striated muscle of the bladder wall. The histopathologic analysis revealed a stage I pleomorphic tumor. The clinical and histologic features of this uncommon tumor type are described. Treatment by partial surgery and adjuvant chemo- and radiotherapy (CMT + XRT) have achieved good results. The patient is asymptomatic 44 months thereafter.

Combined Modality Therapy↗

[Syphilitic penile pseudotumor. Report of a case].

The syphilis is a venereal disease of sexual transmission that incidence is increasing in several groups populations. We report a case of a patient with secondary syphilis who consulted for an atypical solid mass to penile. The clinical evolution, histological examination and analytical tests confirmed the diagnosis of genital syphilis having a satisfactory response to specific antibiotic treatment. The epidemiological, clinical, diagnostic aspects and therapeutic of the genital ulcer disease are discussed.

Humans↗

[Unusual complication post circumcision].

Any surgery for ordinary that it's seen can be to cause the complications but at infection of the penis after circumcision is a rare occurrence. We report a prepuber patient who on the immediately surgery after circumcision was present a penis abscess. The epidemiological, etiopathogenic aspects and therapeutic are analyzed of the penis infection after a circumcision.

Abscess↗

[Sarcoma of the bladder. Report of 2 cases].

Discussion of a retrospective study in our unit of two cases of vesical tumours of mesenchymal origin, in adult patients and with different maturation behaviour. The first patient started with haematuria and after an extensive follow-up period is now free from the disease. The second patient was an accidental finding causing death in the course of the immediate postoperative.
