Effective training of nursing staff enhances hospital information system efficiency.
As more hospitals use computerized information systems, the need to address related nursing issues and to effectively train nursing personnel has become imperative. This article discusses the challenges met by a hospital's nursing administration to educate its staff members in computer use and evaluates the training program and its outcome after the system was started.
