Assessing your CHIN (community health information network) readiness.
Whether your health care organization is considering developing a CHIN, an enterprise network, or an integrated delivery system, the CHIN readiness assessment process is a valuable one. Bringing together the information technology staff, managed care and strategic planners, clinical staff, and executive management in a forum for open exchange of ideas and plans is, in itself, a critical activity.
