Low osmolar contrast media: a quality and cost dilemma.
As a medical group manager, cost/benefit decisions will not often be yours to make alone. But your participation--especially on cost, reimbursement and legal matters--can be valuable. It should be presented in a thorough and factual manner. Your role in getting others to accept the decision can also be vital and accomplished by providing pre-decision information and feedback once the decision has been implemented.
