[Intraoperative enteroscopy in the diagnosis of recurrent gastrointestinal tract hemorrhage--case report].
The authors of this article point out the diagnostic scopes and advantages of the intraoperative endoscopy as one of the many diagnostic means, which may be employed to determine the cause of recurrent attacks of bleeding to the gastrointestinal tract. As an example demonstrating the scope of use of this relatively simple device, they present a case of examining a female patient with the recurrent attacks of bleeding to the gastrointestinal tract. Should other common diagnostic methods be employed, the case of the bleeding was impossible to discover.

[Relapsing gastrocolic fistula--a case review].
In this study the authors present a case review of the patient suffering from the relapsing gastrocolic fistule. They point out some problems in its diagnostics and therapy, which may occur in conjuction with this ulcerative disorder complication.

[Laparoscopic appendectomy in pregnancy--case report].
The authors describe the case-histories of three pregnant patients with acute appendicitis treated laparoscopically. They present a brief account of laparoscopic appendectomy in pregnant women and demonstrate on the described cases its advantages and safety.

[Laparoscopic appendectomy using the out-transumbilical method-- personal experience].
The author present an account of his experience with 80 laparoscopic appendectomies using the method out (LAPPE-out). It is a method combining the advantages of laparoscopy, i.e. mininvasiveness and the possibility to view the abdominal cavity with the certainty of treating the base of the appendix under direct visual control. As to the length of the operation and its pretentiousness it matches classical appendectomy (class. APPE), as regards postoperative comfort and possibilities of laparoscopy it is clearly superior to the latter.
