Working effectively with LPN-RN orientees.
New LPN-RN graduates have hospital orientation needs that differ from those of generic RN graduates due to the differences between LPN and RN levels of practice. This article discusses potential problems related to the change from the LPN to the RN role and offers strategies to facilitate the transition.
