[Huge adrenal pseudocyst].
The 70-year-old patient with huge adrenal pseudocyst was reported. This rare abnormality of adrenal gland has haemorrhagic etiology. The most outstanding fact is the monstrous size of the adrenal cyst and almost asymptomatic state of the patient. The treatment of choice was surgical removal.
