[Surgical laparoscopy as a method of treatment of a tubal-peritoneal form of female infertility].
Results of surgical laparoscopy in 50 patients with tubal-peritoneal infertility have been compared with a control group of 38 patients who received microsurgical treatment. The incidence of conception (42%) and delivery (24%) in the index group was higher as compared with the control group (respectively, 31.6% and 15.8%). Surgical laparoscopy is the least traumatic and effective treatment for infertile patients which does not require postoperative analgesics and antibiotics, significantly improving cost effectiveness of treatment of these patients.
