[Necrotizing sialometaplasia. Apropos of a case. Diagnostic and therapeutic problems].
The authors a rare case of necrotizing sialometaplasia localised in the palate. This case is interesting because of the diagnostic problems raised by the clinical and radiological appearance of the lesion. The case report is completed by a review of the literature.
