Uterine hemangiopericytoma is reported in a 49 years old woman. It is a very rare tumour. The treatment of choice is total hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy. Uterine hemangiopericytoma are of low malignancy with favourable prognosis and do seldom recur.
Among 7,600 pregnancies between 1980 and 1985 five stillbirths were noted caused by umbilical vein thrombosis for an incidence of 1:1,500. Demonstration of a typical case. Umbilical vein thrombosis in gestation has previously been thought to be a fatal condition. In future chances of sufficiently well-timed intervention may be possible via closely meshed checkup controls with umbilical vein flow measurement.
This case report deals with a primary endometrioid carcinoma within a Morgagni hydatid in a 43 years old woman. The woman died 27 month after first operation. Morgagni hydatids should be exstirpated in any case with histologic examination for they may become malignant.

In a small number of patients, lung emphysema can be attributed to a remarkable deficiency of alpha1-antitrypsin. Concentrations reduced about 50% of the normal value represent a predisposing factor. In most cases of newborns with respiratory-distress-syndrome the concentration of alpha1-antitrypsin is decreased. Its determination can be used for the early diagnosis of the respiratory-distress-syndrome.
