After single and repeated negative emotiogenic (neuroticizing) influences in phlegmatics and cholerics in a situation with different probability and value of reinforcement a change of behaviour strategy takes place--from the preference of a reinforcement of higher probability but worse quality to that of low probability but valuable. Strategy of behaviour of sanguinics and melancholics remains unchanged with the preference of a reinforcement of low probability but better quality. The greatest sensibility to negative emotiogenic influence (a conflict situation) was established in phlegmatics and the lowest sensibility--in sanguinics. The obtained data are discussed from the positions of P. V. Simonov's concept on the four brain macrostructures (the hippocampus, amygdala, hypothalamus, and the frontal cortex) in the aspect of significance of the level of their functioning and interaction for the pathogenesis of neuroses.
Under the influence of diazepam in doses of 0.2-2.0 mg/kg in a situation of different probability and value of a reinforcement the dogs--sanguinics and melancholics change their strategy of behavior, from the preference at norm of a reinforcement of the low probability but the better quality to that of the high probability but the worse quality. Under the same conditions the strategy of behaviour of cholerics and phlegmatics practically does not change. The change of behaviour strategy under the influence of diazepam in sanguinics and melancholics is proposed to be connected with a depressing effect of the drug on the hippocampus and amygdala and simultaneous activation of the hypothalamus and the frontal cortex. The data obtained are discussed from the position of P. V. Simonov's concept on the four above-mentioned brain macrostructures as the basis of the type of the higher nervous activity and behaviour of animals and man.
Disturbance of the axoplasmic flow was evoked by ligation of the sciatic nerve with a silk thread moistened with 0.05 solution of colchicine (exposition for 30 s). No intoxication was observed in the animals, the motor function of the operated extremety was preserved. Two weeks after elimination of the axoplasmic flow practically the same changes in the content of contractile and sarcoplasmic proteins, glycogen, DNA and RNA were observed in musculi gastrocnemius as with surgical denervation. The data obtained evidence for an important role of the axoplasmic flow to maintain the normal metabolism in muscles.

In dogs the generalization reaction to the stimuli of the same modality was observed with equal intensity both at the early and late stages of conditioning, while no generalization was observed to stimuli of different modalities. With increase in the level of the alimentary motivation the generalization reaction began to be recorded to stimuli of different modality. Thus, the spread and intensity of generalization depends on the strength of motivation. The persistence of generalization suggests that the dominant which underlies the generalization phenomenon is retained for a long time and can exist in parallel with the stable conditioned reflex.
