A systematic approach to leadership selection.
This article introduces a system for selecting nursing leaders that recognizes personal aspiration as the motivating force behind successful leadership. The nursing administrator relinquishes sole responsibility and asks others to share in the selection process. An objective and subjective assessment examines every aspect of the candidates' potential.
